to Fred Kotto, Police Boxer!
Congratulations to Fred
Kotto who won the Northern California Amateur Title
during a two day tournament in San Jose, California in
November 1999. He won the Novice Division beating
two very strong opponents. He has also been very
successful in the California
Police Summer Games. He is a three time Gold
Medallist and has won all of his fights by way of knock
